• Refund Policy: Your entire
payment, including the $100 administrative fee, will be
refunded if your class is cancelled or overenrolled by ROP.
If you decide to withdraw from the class, you must
submit a written notification to theROP Student Information Department in person or by
certified mail, at least 48 business hours before the class
start date and time.
Refunds are mailed within 3 weeks. The $100
administrative fee portion will NOT be refunded.
