• Fee-based classes are open to high school students and adults.
• Fee-based classes must have a minimum number of students to operate.
• The course fee pays for tuition and textbooks.  There is an additional cost for uniforms.
• Students must meet minimum age and other prerequisite requirements.
• All adult and high school students are required to pay course fees and additional
   costs. No fee waivers are issued.
• Pay with cash, money order, or VISA/MasterCard credit cards. No personal checks accepted.


• Refund Policy: Your entire payment, including the $100 administrative fee, will be refunded if your class is cancelled  or overenrolled by ROP.  If you decide to withdraw from the class, you must submit a written notification to the ROP Student Information Department, in person, or by certified mail, at least 48 business hours before the class  start date and time.  Refunds are mailed within 3 weeks. The $100 administrative fee portion will NOT be refunded.

Fee-based Course Registration Policies

Call the ROP Education Center, 714-502-5858, to check class status of fee-based programs.

All students, both adult and high school students, must register in person at the ROP Education Center, 385 N. Muller St., Anaheim for fee-based programs.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis for these programs.

Prerequisites
All fee-based classes have some prerequisites
Some require reading and math assessment before registration
Some require successful completion of other classes/programs

Refunds
Before class begins:
ROP must receive notification of withdrawal in person or by certified mail at least 48 business hours before class begins for the student to receive a refund. 

If class is cancelled:
Full refunds will be given if the class is overenrolled or cancelled.
