ROP Culinary Arts Institute
The ROP Culinary Arts Institute is one of three
North Orange County ROP CTI
satellite campuses. Culinary arts classes at CAI are offered to high schools
students and adults. Three culinary arts programs are offered at
CAI. The Culinary Arts Foundation Program is designed to give
students a comprehensive overview of the culinary arts field.
Students are welcome to enroll in two or more Foundation classes at the
same time. High school students have enrollment priority.
High school students should see their on-campus
counselor to
enroll in
ROP classes. The Culinary Arts Institute provides
career-minded students with opportunities to pursue the
Professional Chef Certificate Program and/or the
Professional Pastry Chef/Baker Certificate Program. These
comprehensive certificate training programs are designed for the serious
student wishing to enter the food service industry.

OCTA provides bus transportation northbound and southbound on Harbor Blvd. with a stops at Harbor and Orangethorpe Ave. OCTA Route 30 travels eastbound and westbound on Orangethorpe with stops at Harbor and Orangethorpe.

Freeway 91 in Orange County
From eastbound or westbound 91 Freeway and exit at Euclid or Harbor. Head north to Orangethorpe Ave.
