The Technology Services Department (TSD) provides leadership and
assistance in delivering information technology necessary to support
the program’s educational and business goals.
TSD is comprised of two functional groups: The Technology Support
Group provides a wide variety of technical support
services explained below.
The Reprographics Unit provides copying and related
services. Most production services provided by this gr

• Assistance in developing policy and planning for the effective
use of technology
• Assistance in planning, acquisition,
implementation and support of technology
• Technology research and
technology standards development
• Computer, software, and network
design and implementation
• Help desk system, troubleshooting and
repair
• Internet access and e-mail accounts
• Maintenance of
network, student information system, Internet and intranet web sites
• Multimedia technology assistance (PowerPoint presentation, digital
imaging, video authoring and editing)
• Notebook computer,
audio-video equipment and media checkout program
• Telecommunications support (landline and cell phones, fax,
pagers)
• Storage media duplication services (CD, DVD, VHS)

• Reprographic services, printing of
booklets, forms, syllabus and documents
• Assists in supporting program copiers
• Online submission of originals via OPRA
